Joe - Director & Salon Owner
Hi, I’m Joe and welcome to our web site, I love everything about this industry and am as passionate today as the very first time I stepped into a salon, over the years I have had great experiences, doing photo shoots, magazine and stage work, I believe consistently great service, knowledge & great hairdressing make us fantastic, please come and see for yourself.
Leonie - Stylist
Hi, I’m Leonie. I have been at Austen's since 2017, starting out as an apprentice and now a qualified stylist. I am really enjoying building up my column especially when I get colour clients in. My true passion lies with all things colour! There are always new techniques and trends coming out so no day is the same and that's what I love. I'm hoping to go on some courses in the next couple of years to learn even more! I look forward to transforming your hair, see you soon.
Robyn - Senior Stylist
Hi, I'm Robyn, I began hairdressing in 2012, and I have my NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Hairdressing, Level 2 in Barbering, my Assessors Award and my Level 3 Award in Education and Training. I love all aspects of hairdressing but have a particular passion for cutting, styling, creative colouring (like Balayage) and hair-up.
I am really excited to be joining the team at Austen's and meeting all the lovely clients! I'm a chatty and friendly person and in my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband, seeing friends and family, eating out and going to the gym.
Rachel - Senior Stylist
Hi, I am Rachel, I have been hairdressing for almost 30 years! I started my career straight from school, beginning with an apprenticeship at Raymond's College. I am qualified in Level 2 and 3 in Hairdressing.
I am passionate about my job and enjoy learning new techniques.
I am new to the team and look forward to meeting you soon.
Morgan - Front of House
Hi, I'm Morgan, and I have been a part of the salon since I was born as I'm Joe's daughter. I work part time in the salon front of house on reception so I'm the first person you see when you come through the door so I always have a big smile on my face.
I also act as salon assistant, helping out when needed. Plus I'm also in charge of the beauty side of Austen's, being the in salon make up artist and eyebrow technician.
